I stayed for a night and was impressed. The room was bigger than expected, super clean, and the beds were so comfy! The staff was really friendly too—they even held our bags after we checked out. Just watch out for the stairs if you're carrying luggage. they're a bit of a trek. Breakfast's worth a try!

Navigating the narrow corridors led to confusion, especially while finding my way to this 'secret chamber' of a room tucked in the back. I expected better.

I had a delightful stay in a Deluxe Double Room with great facilities. The shower was fantastic, and I appreciated the easy access to nearby restaurants and Hyde Park. The staff were friendly and quick to assist me with any queries.

The room was great, cozy and had all the modern utilities you'd expect. The complimentary chocolates and Prosecco left for our anniversary was a classy touch that made the whole experience memorable. the staff were genuinely friendly, really made us feel welcome.

We loved our stay! The highlight was visiting the Handel House Museum for a lovely string recital. the atmosphere was electric! Plus, our room was super spacious, clean, and easy to get to, even with our pet dog in tow. Great central location too!

My kids wished there was a little play area for them to unwind after sightseeing.

I had a delightful stay with easy access to both Hyde Park and the Wallace Collection, making my walks delightful as I explored the city’s beautiful landmarks nearby. the housekeeping staff also kept my room clean and well-stocked every day, which made me feel right at home while I enjoyed my adventures in London.

Had a fantastic trip with friends, exploring the Handel House Museum and catching a show at Notting Hill's Gate Theatre. The location was ideal for getting around. Rooms were clean and Wi-Fi access was decent. The breakfast was a great start to our day!
